This puppy has been checked by a licensed veterinarian and is in sound health and free from any communicable diseases at the time of sale, as stated on the signed accompanying health certificate and is sound to ship. Any hernias will be repaired before the puppy leaves our kennel and will be noted on the Health Certificate. Hernia repairs do not warrant return of the puppy as it is not life threatening and in no way interferes with the quality of the puppy's life. Seller allows buyer 48 hours to obtain a health exam by a veterinarian of their choice at the Buyers expense. In the event a health problem should be discovered, Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours with the name and phone number of the veterinarian. If after contacting your veterinarian, the problem is found to be serious enough to warrant the return of the puppy, the Buyer shall return the puppy within 48 hours of notifying the Seller, with a written report from the veterinarian and any registration papers. Upon receipt of the puppy and papers, it will be up to the Sellers discretion to either replace the puppy with one of like value when one becomes available, or to return the full purchase price of the puppy. VETERINARIAN & SHOPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. We guarantee the said dog for any life threatening genetic disorders for 1 year. A written report from the veterinarian, on the puppy's condition and any registration papers need to be returned to the seller. It would then be up to the seller to either replace the puppy when one becomes available, or refund the purchase price of the puppy. We DO NOT guarantee for coccidiosis, as we use prevention here and it can be picked up easily. We DO NOT guarantee for hypoglycemia, as it is common in some breeds, and can be brought on by stress, or not feeding it often enough or the wrong type of food. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY MONEY BEYOND INITIAL COST OF THE PUPPY BE RETURNED TO BUYER. A signed copy of this statement is to be returned to the seller at once to validate this guarantee.
